Our product development team meets with the customer, gathers information about the requirements for the application, how it will be used, and any special characteristics. We discuss variables – such as the denier of the polyester, the basis weight of the material, and the required density – and explain how those can impact the final product. Then we offer options for how our nonwoven polyester fiber can be leveraged to meet their specifications.

Typically, we work closely with the customer to develop a prototype. The customer reviews the sample and determines any attributes that need to be added, removed or altered to meet their goals. Once we have developed a product that has all the characteristics that are needed, we move to production. Particular manufacturing parameters and quality specifications are developed to ensure the material achieves exactly what the customer requires.
